It was my first time visiting this opticians so I was a little bit nervous however I was pleasantly surprised. I saw a young optician who was so lovely and well spoken. His name was Moneeb, he was very professional and explained everything well. I would definitely like to see the next time I require an eye check. After seeing him came a young lady called Maryia. She was a very polite and talkative girl and helped me pick out a few pairs of glasses which she believed suited me best. She was fab! Really approachable and I loved her glasses so I listened to her opinion. Would definitely recommend this opticians to my friends and family, great customer service Moneb and Maryia! Will be bringing my husband and kids when they are due!

It was my first time visiting this opticians and I saw an optician called Moneeb and he was a fairly young but lovely man, very well spoken and professional. Would certainly like to see him next time simply down to how lovely he was. After that came a young lady called Mariya who was very friendly and polite. She explained everything very well and helped me pick out a few possible pairs of glasses. She was great! Really talkative and kind. Would definitely recommend this opticians to all my friends and family if that's what all the staff members are like. Great customer service! Thankyou for such a pleasant and speedy experience

The waiting area is very poor with only about six seats and staff are walking up and down all the time and there is very limited space

Saw Danny & Katie. Very friendly & professional, saw to my needs no fuss. Everything done in 30 minutes. Kept me informed of what was happening and explained any results clearly. Especially as I had a slight problem in my right eye (already referred to eye clinic as part of my Diabetes annual check up). Katie explained this clearly which is more than the NHS letter did. Definitely recommend and will stay with Boots as there is a great team at Meadowhall.
